The session is designed to provide an overview and discuss the various damages claims against Russia resulting from its invasion of Ukraine. The panel members will provide their view on the legal consequences of the Russian invasion and evaluate the possible approaches for holding Russia responsible for the damages that it in inflicted in Ukraine.
