Members of Signature Litigation’s Paris and London offices will look at the differences and similarities in the approaches adopted in the primary arbitration legislation in, on the one hand, France, and on the other, England and Wales. This will include a consideration of the proposed reform of the English Arbitration Act and whether any similar changes might be desirable in France.
